Refund policy

The Short Version

• Exchange only, within 7 days of delivery.
• We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, fit, colour preference or size.
• Sale items cannot be exchanged.
• A damaged or wrong item is different — see below. An unboxing video within 24 hours is required.

Exchange Conditions

The piece must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached, in its original packaging, free of stains, perfume or odour.

Exchanges are subject to stock. If unavailable, we offer store credit of the same value, valid for one year.

Not eligible: Sale or discount-code items, and anything returned outside the 7-day window or without tags.

How to Request an Exchange

1. WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the piece with tags attached.
2. We confirm the exchange and share the return address.
3. Send the piece back — your first exchange is a free pickup; further exchanges on the same order are paid by you.
4. We dispatch your exchange within 2 working days of receiving the piece.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If we sent the wrong piece, or it arrived defective or damaged in transit, we put it right at our cost.

You must send a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed parcel before opening, within 24 hours of delivery — without it we cannot process the claim.

Choose a replacement, an alternative of the same value, or a refund. Verified refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel any order before dispatch for a full refund — message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Refunds apply only to a verified damaged/incorrect item or a pre-dispatch cancellation. They go back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 working days. Original shipping charges are not refunded on exchanges.
