Where We Deliver

We deliver across India. We do not ship internationally at present.

Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment. Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Express delivery — ₹150, available at checkout on eligible pin codes. All prices are inclusive of GST.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive an email the moment your order is dispatched, with your tracking link. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll check it for you.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner makes two delivery attempts. If both fail or delivery is refused, the parcel returns to us — re-dispatch is chargeable at ₹99 (₹150 express), even on orders that originally qualified for free shipping.

If you don't want re-dispatch, we hold the parcel for 15 days for collection. Undelivered or uncollected orders are treated under our Exchange & Refund Policy.

Damaged or Wrong Parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it, and tell us the same day. If you've already opened it, see our Exchange Policy for the unboxing video requirement and the 24-hour window.
